• You are responsible for setting your own prices, terms, and managing payments directly with Travelers for the trips you provide.
• TAGXI may conduct periodic or random checks to verify driver credentials for platform integrity, but this does not absolve you of your primary responsibility for compliance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are not in compliance with these terms or applicable laws.
• You will conduct yourself professionally and courteously when interacting with Travelers.

5. Traveler-Specific Terms

If you use the Service as a Traveler, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are entering into a direct agreement with the Driver for transportation services. TAGXI is not a party to this agreement.
• It is your responsibility to review trip details, pricing, and any terms specified by the Driver before booking or arranging a trip.
• Payments for trips are made directly to the Driver according to the methods they accept. TAGXI is not involved in these financial transactions.
• While TAGXI provides a platform, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, reliability, or legality of the transportation services offered by Drivers.

6. Subscription (For Drivers)

Access to certain features for Drivers, such as posting trips, may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, terms, and payment methods (e.g., via PayPal) will be specified at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are managed by third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms and conditions for payment processing.

AS WITH THE PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT OR SERVICE THROUGH ANY MEDIUM OR IN ANY ENVIRONMENT, YOU SHOULD USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT AND EXERCISE CAUTION WHERE APPROPRIATE.

TAGXI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE, OF ANY USER OF THE SERVICE. ALL BOOKINGS AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES ARE ARRANGED AND PROVIDED DIRECTLY BY DRIVERS. TAGXI DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE CONDUCT, SERVICE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGAL COMPLIANCE OF ANY DRIVER.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TAGXI OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
